Francescu's met both of them, briefly, though I doubt he made much impression on Umeda (in his what-do-you-want post).

Yeah, Umeda's sort of like "Some guy, kinda hot, oh hey magical worldness. Huh."

Hakkai knows that there's more to Francescu than he's letting on, and knows that Francescu knows Hakkai knows. And he's sort of okay with that! He has an overall good impression of Francescu thanks to his generosity in offering to help Hakkai clean the blood off and the complete understanding that 'youkai' is less 'akuma' and more 'spirit creature'; at the same time he's uneasy because he worries HE said too much by revealing his issues with rain on a first meeting, but the coincidence of being covered in youkai blood and hearing rain was wearing on him. He's not sure he made the right choice and he'll probably be a bit alert around Francescu at first because of it!
