Hakkai doesn't really remember Mori either, but knows they've met and remembers her name. Sorry! He'd probably like to get to talk again though because interesting female characters are this chapter/episode's plot hooks.
Hakkai remembers attempting to reassure Norma that her body was pretty, having Norma WANT BOOBZ, and eventually concluding "Well, I suppose there's nothing wrong with pushing for one's own ideal", but he's not a huge tit man (oh god typing "Hakkai" and "huge tit man" made me hurt, yet win, somewhere inside) so! Yes. She was enthusiastic and nice about the boob thing, though, so the impression is pretty positive!
